DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING
SCALE RATE?
I do have a limited number of sliding scale openings available in my practice. Please feel free to call or email me to find out more.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
As an “out-of-network” insurance provider, I do not take insurance directly. However, I will provide you with a “superbill” you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Often if you have a PPO type insurance, the company will reimburse you a certain percentage of the fee. Most HMO insurance plans do not cover out-of-network providers.
As a general rule, call your insurance company prior to our first session in order to verify out-of-network reimbursement and coverage by asking the following:

Does my plan include out-of-network, outpatient mental health coverage?

If so, what percentage of the fee do you reimburse?

Do I have an annual deductible, and has it been met?

Is there a limit to the number of sessions my plan covers per calendar year?

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There is meter parking on Montana Avenue, as well as street parking in the neighborhood. (Please be sure to read the parking signs carefully as some streets are permit parking only.)
